In view of these nearly unclear information masses propagated
by all media channels the most important question arises, which calls our attention:
can information transfer take place in a clear, successful and efficient way under such conditions?
Our answer is “yes”.
Because no matter how fascinating the preoccupation with new media and technologies respectively
with the virtuality can be- the linchpin, the output and the goal of all communication efforts is and remains the real person.
Therefore communication is not just a condition coined by technology, but a dynamic process, which is subject to
influences and therefore can be actively shaped.
